Our platform is designed to connect young people in Northstowe with local clubs, events, and volunteering opportunities.<ul style="list-style-type:disc; margin-left:24px; font-weight:700;"><li>Age Requirement: If you are under 13, you can register, but your account will remain in a "pending" status until your parent or guardian completes our secure parental consent flow.</li><li>Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your password safe and must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.</li><li>Accuracy of Info: You agree to provide true and accurate information during registration to keep the community safe.</li></ul>

2. Acceptable Use Policy

To keep the Youth Hive a safe space, all members, volunteers, and partner representatives must adhere to the following rules:<ul style="list-style-type:disc; margin-left:24px; font-weight:700;"><li>No Harassment: Bullying, cyberstalking, trolling, or sending hateful/abusive messages on the forum or event comments will lead to immediate account termination.</li><li>Appropriate Content: You must not upload any content that is sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or offensive.</li><li>No Impersonation: You must not represent yourself as another user, organisation, or partner without authorization.</li><li>Active Moderation: Our administration team actively moderates the platform. Users can report any content or behavior that violates these terms. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts at our discretion.</li></ul>

3. Media Consents & Intellectual Property

When uploading media or content to the platform, you agree to the following terms:<ul style="list-style-type:disc; margin-left:24px; font-weight:700;"><li>Partner Photo Consent: Partner Organisations must obtain explicit, documented media consent from parents/guardians before uploading photos or videos of identifiable individuals under 18.</li><li>User Content Licence: By posting events, stories, comments, or resources, you grant Northstowe Youth Hive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that content on the platform.</li><li>Site Ownership: All trademarks, logos, design elements, and platform code are owned by Northstowe Youth Hive and may not be copied or used without our written permission.</li></ul>

4. Disclaimers, Liability & Governing Law
